1.1.1. When the fourth reactor of Chernobyl exploded on 26th April 1986, the citizens of Ukraine knew that it was up to them to protect themselves against the catastrophe versus a government unable to do so. People self-organized. Much like today. ////// In post-Maidan Ukraine, citizens have
1.1.1.1. Workshops that tutors propose at Intermediate Tutor Meeting, one year in advance, will be registered amongst other initiatives at municipal participatory budgeting program - if they got selected by citizens - then we can make them real together during EASA Бюджет участі | Громадський Проект Славутич
1.1.1.2. Or we can make our own site for our own system of participatory workshop selection and budgeting, where the local people AND all the members of EASA community can vote
1.1.1.3. We will need to be in contact with participants also as early as possible - maybe also one year in advance
1.1.1.4. Participant fees will be collected from all paricipants according to their GDP group (60e - 1st group, 120e - 2nd, 180, 240 and 300 ). Then we will sum them up, divide by all participants and redistribute them back to participants on arrival - e.g. around 150e per participant (4600uah, 330uah per day). Then we will contact local canteens and restaurants in Slavutich, to agree with them on the menus and prices. Then it will be up to participants in which caffee and how to spend their fees, within the city.
1.1.1.5. We can collaboratively choose accommodation with a whole community, out of few-three possible options
1.1.1.6. Everyone will take part in few workshops

9. EASA: Authenti-city
9.1. In existentialism, authenticity is the degree to which an individual's actions are congruent with their beliefs and desires, despite external pressures; A lack of authenticity is considered in existentialism to be bad faith.
9.1.1. When the fourth reactor of Chernobyl exploded on 26th April 1986, the citizens of Ukraine knew that it was up to them to protect themselves and the whole world against the catastrophe versus a government unable to do so. People self-organized. Much like today. ////// In post-Maidan Ukraine
9.1.2. During the course of EASA we will cooperate with local activists, soldiers, self-organized communities and institutions, with all those whose individual actions are congruent with their beliefs and desires, despite external pressures.
9.2. Are you authentic?
9.3. Don’t merely know thyself – be thyself
9.4. Authentic - made or done in the traditional or original way, or in a way that faithfully resembles an original.
9.4.1. There are two original meanings of EASA - as a platform for informal alternative education, as opposed to dated formal architectural schooling. The second is that EASA as a community able to facilitate positive hange in the city or country where it comes.
9.4.1.1. Educational system in Architecture in Ukraine can be considered as bad, and outdated. Furthermore until now most of ukrainian student were not able to trave to EU on exchange, and experience any other education models. Thus by bringing EASA in Ukraine and engaging with ukrainian student, educatng them on study opportunities abroad or informal study modes available around the world, we would restore original educational function of EASA. We can help and educate ukrainian students if each country before coming would make a little investigation, about what study opportunities can their country offer for non-EU countries.
9.5. Athentic - Based on facts; accurate or reliable.
9.5.1. Workshop selection will happen on the base of public voting through specially organized online platform. We will aim for the system where every decision is made in transparent way. Every hryvna spent from our common budget will be accounted and added to open database.
9.5.1.1. Workshops that tutors propose at Intermediate Tutor Meeting, one year in advance, will be registered amongst other initiatives at municipal participatory budgeting program - if they got selected by citizens - then we can make them real together during EASA Бюджет участі | Громадський Проект Славутич Бюджет участі | Громадський Проект Славутич
9.6. Of undisputed origin and not a copy; genuine.
9.6.1. If each of participants was given 150e for EASA, it would be the same as to give them all average salary or two minimal salaries as of Ukraine, for two weeks. Thus they would be living authentically as local people do. The whole budget from all collected participant fees - which is approximately 90ke, equals to TWO regular participative budget programs of Slavutych city ( it is 1,5 million hryvnas now)
9.6.1.1. We will contact local canteens and restaurants in Slavutich, to agree with them on the menus and prices (right now business lunch in Staryi Tallinn restaurant is 50uah). So the food would take less then half of the daily budget of participant. Other half can be spent by any participant on their preference, but we would propose to contribute them beforehand into workshops through our own participative budgeting online platform. If all decide to contribute, the total sum would be around 1,5 million hryvnas)
