3.1.1. 1) Update Security Handbook yearly (in progress) 2) Roll-out and conducting EMNS (in Early November) 3) Schedule a nation-wide GIZ calendar for PSFP workshop and simulations for all the offices (Upcoming) 4) As wider platform, timely information sharing and update among RMO and PSFPs on MS Teams (in Progress) 5) Regular field visit and awareness-raising by RMO (in Progress) 6) Developing IEC materials regarding SRM and share all staff and their family members as well (Handouts for Fire & Earthquake done) 7) Sharing all the related SRM documents in GIZ Myanmar IDA page (in Progress) 8)Include family members and partners in simulations (Upcoming)
3.2. Preparedness on Natural Disasters
3.2.1. a) Make sure that sufficient no: of staff members are equipped with first aid and refresher training for each field and project office b) Produce IEC material/handouts for the most frequent disasters in Myanmar c) Make sure all the projects are ensured with Emergency Preparedness Budget d) Make sure hibernation kits/items are reserved in every field/project offices e) Provide Disaster Risk Reduction training to PSFPs f) Coordinate with DRR working group in project region g) Conducting drills/simulations
