1.1. First thing that is seen by the reader
1.2. title should be confused and explanatory
1.3. consists of: -a running head -title of manuscript -authors listed in order of contribution

2.1. Summary of the context in the manuscript
2.2. one sentence statement
2.3. includes description of participants, results and any conclusions
3. 3. Introduction
3.1. not label, it just begins right after the manuscript title
3.2. mentions the importance of the problem by giving just the right amount of information
3.3. describes the purposes of the manuscript
4. 4. Method
4.1. describes how the study was conducted, and the participantes that participated in the research
5. 5. Results
5.1. provides the techniques used to analyze the results as well as the results of the anylisis
5.2. tables that are included should be labelled with numbers
6. 6. Discussion
6.1. author talks about past results as well as his findings
6.2. summary of the purpose of the research as well as the findings
7. 7.References
7.1. where all the sources that were used are listed in a particular format
8. 8. Appendice
8.1. Additional info that is not necessarily needed to understand the topic
9. 9. Authors note
9.1. info that is not relevant anywhere else but is needed to understand the topic
10. 10.Footnotes
10.1. used to elaborate references
11. 11. Table captions/tables
11.1. tables must be label with a title and number
