DHS is Underfunded

1. School lunches are poor quality and lack in nutrition

1.1. -School lunches often contain bruised, old fruits and nearly expired juices and milk

1.2. -School lunches barely meet nutrition guidelines and taste bland and boring

2. Students struggle with classes because they don't have all of the resources necessary to learn

2.1. -Duarte has a very high failure rate due to our lack of learning equipment and resources.

2.2. -Students lack the proper materials to learn correctly, such as lab equipment, classroom equipment, and good learning environments

3. Sports teams don't have enough money or equipment

3.1. -Sports teams lack proper equipment to train and play with

3.2. -Sports teams can't afford transportation or league expenses

4. Facilities are under-cared for and unmaintained

4.1. -Stalls are falling off the hinges and don't close

4.2. Many stalls are out of service and unmaintained
