1.2. Opinion: teachers dissatisfy as it violates the fourth level of Maslow's Hierarchy Needs, esteem may lead to loss of intrinsic motivation in job
2. Suggestions
2.1. Determine the problem For example, sometimes being a teacher requires hard work and sometimes undesirable tasks. However, this alone isn’t reason to claim mistreatment. That is why it can be beneficial to speak to the school administrator about the problems. These may be able to offer a fresh perspective.
2.2. Recognize teacher job performance. Teachers want to know that administers recognizes their contributions and accomplishments. Positive feedback, that reinforces performance behaviors, can impact improved job performance.
2.3. Work on The Culture. The culture of an organization is influenced by the behaviors of its leadership. Teachers should empathize with each other and demand respectful treatment of all colleagues.

3.1.1. Principal's behavior
3.1.1.1. The principal is seen as a strict person but an efficient administrator; who does not point out their faults in public.
3.1.1.1.1. Analysis reveals that a principal with a guiding approach towards the errors of his subordinates helps in improving the superior subordinate relationship
3.2. Opinion: teachers may afraid to give ideas & only do what principal instructs to do

4.1.1.1. Increased workload + problems with management or administration
4.1.1.2. E.g. poor working conditions, too hot, small workspace
4.1.1.3. E.g. high expectation from principal & parents on teachers to guide pupils to score high marks
