2.2.2. The supply of flowers has grown too, showing that it has taken effect

3. Health and saftety

3.1. Increasing officers to stop drugs before they crossed the border (Lowering supply)

3.2. Ramping up arrests of people selling drugs in the U.S (Taking away sellers)

3.3. Convince farmers in Colombia to stop growing coca leaves (Lower production)

3.4. Giver priority to those who didn't grow a lot of coca leaves (Promoting less supply)
