Property Assessment with Bids

1. A qualified field inspector will visit your property, document exterior and interior conditions, inform you of any damages, and also provide bids to remediate any damages in order to restore the property back into livable condition.

1.1. Inspection results include:

1.1.1. 1. A detailed description of the exterior and interior condition of the property

1.1.2. 2. Reporting on issues such as occupant neglect, infestation risks, roof damages, water intrusion, presence of mold, and spongy or weak floors

1.1.3. 3. Detailed photo documentation

1.1.4. 4. Bids to repair visible damages as well as remove debris and clean the property
