Forms of Condensation
von Cute tshirt
1. Dew- When moist air comes in contact with the cold ground surface, the water vapour turns into water which we see on leaves and plants, also termed as dew drops.
2. Frost- When the temperature drops below the freezing point, water vapour or water turns into ice crystals, and this is really harmful for crops, the ice crystals or thin ice-sheets are called frost
3. Fog and Mist: When moist air comes in contact with the cold atmosphere, condensation takes place, the floating particles in the air form into clouds at a really ground level or land and this is called fog. Thin fog is also called a mist
4. clouds are formed just like fog and mist but a bit higher in the atmosphere or at the upper level.
