4. Assessment Strategy
4.1. Plan assessment methods to measure learners' progress and proficiency throughout the training program. Develop quizzes, tests, and performance tasks that align with the learning objectives and topics.
5. Revision & Refinement
5.1. Based on the feedback, make necessary revisions and improvements to the curriculum. Ensure the curriculum is continuously updated to reflect current language trends and learners' needs.
6. Implementation
6.1. Launch the language training program, ensuring trainers are equipped with the curriculum and resources. Monitor and evaluate learners' progress and satisfaction throughout the training program. Use evaluation results to make ongoing improvements and adjustments to the curriculum.
