1. Community ReBuilding

1.1. In an effort to achieve a better homes, better streets and better community spirit for communities. Coping a sucess Dutch tradition called 'Wijkdeals' We propose nieghbourhood groups work with us to build a collective home retrofit scheme and a street redesign'. Pricing variable and can be agreed after a free feasibility study.

2. Urbanism

2.1. Communtiy Involvment

2.1.1. We can be subcontracted on redevlopment projects to meet enagment critia and iniatives to improve the public involvment/confidence. (add ref to legislation/process name) Pricing is set on a sliding scale.

2.2. Fund Bid Writing

2.2.1. On all things urban imrpovement, we offer of expertiese to write funding bids. If we have the time, we operate a retroactive billing system. We write at 15/hr if the bids fail but if the funding is sucessful we bill at 25/hr

2.3. Visulisation - Artistic Renders

2.3.1. We are magcians with photoshop and can offer visulation of possible futures to intrest groups and capcity support to Urban design/planning firms on larger projects.

4. Domestic Retrofit

4.1. EPC - Energy Performace Certificate - needed before the rent or sale of domestic properties - £60

4.2. Retrofit Assement - A deep PAS standard survey of the condition and use of the dwelling collecting essential information for a good retrofit - £150

4.3. Airtightness Testing - Needed to certify new homes as required by Part L of the Building Regulations - £60

4.4. Thermography Imaging - A very useful tool for checking wall cavity insulation quailty and looking for therml bridges - £60
