1.2.1. I don't agree with this idea because to me, people need to exercise different parts of their brains and it doesn't neccasarily benefit only the people who enjoy studying it.

2.1. Fendrich questions how the people in humanities have had an elitiest nature. This led them to close doors on various types of people which in turn show its declining effect in the community.

2.2.1. This is a really valid and true statement, and it also resonates with me as the community I'm in isn't really the target for these type of studies.

3.1. Cohan argues that jobs in the humanties sector are hard to find and are less cost-effective than STEM fields.

3.2.1. He uses a lot of data which seems to make me want to agree with him and his argument does make a lot of sense financially.

4. This article has found that within the intergration of technology in the real world, college courses that have research based studies like science, engineering, humanties, and social studies are needed.

4.1.1. Thompson views education as a transformative work and thinks that by changing the framework within education and modernizing it, we can move towards a better future

4.1.1.1.1. I think that Humanties is a needed coursework within Universities but I also believe that within this everchanging and and ever evolving world we need to work with students to help it be something the student can use actively in their everyday lives.

5.2.1. I agree that there should be a space for people to have a creative outlet especially when it comes to your thoughts. Not everything should be thought through scientfically.
