2.1. I think his mom is spoiling him which is kind of why he is a jerk

4.4.1. less than a minute ago by ADAM THE ATOM I think Julian was named after Julian and she is saying like the other Julian has the other side, even though people might have demorfalte s he they could still be kind and be a lot better than from the outside

4.4.2. I think the reason why she told him the story was she is trying to say auggie might be better than from his outside appearance and he might be a great friend and a worthy companion

5.1. I think the entire book is about Julian trying to get people to get people think he is not so bad. Also it might be why he is such a jerk.

6.1. I think the big thing is there are no mistakes if you learn from them like how Julian treated Auggie so horribly but he learned from it so in a way it is not that bad. Like his grandma said one mistake does not brand you for life sense he learned from it. Also now since he is moving schools he has a chance to try again to make friends and not let that one mistake hurt him for the rest of his school life
