2. Judicial Branch

2.1. Made up of judges and courts

2.2. Highest court is the Supreme Court

2.3. Interprets the laws made by Congress

3. Legislative Branch

3.1. Made up of the House of Representatives and the Senate

3.2. Makes the laws

3.3. One power is passing laws
