Emmy Awards 2020 live will be held on September 20,2020, at the Microsoft Theater in Downtown Los Angeles, California, and broadcast in the U.S. by ABC; it will be preceded by the 72nd Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards 2020 free on September 12 and 13. The nominations will be announced on July 28, 2020.
