7.2.1.2. Most basic: abundance is dreaming & doing, not scrapping & scraping

7.2.2.1. bottom: food, water, shelter

7.2.2.1.1. food: 2000 calories, vitamins, 30L water/dag, durable shelter

7.2.2.2. middle: energy, education, information

7.2.2.2.1. energy (9kWh/hh/day) provides means to work

7.2.2.2.2. education allows to specialize: literacy, mathematics, life skills, critical thinking

7.2.2.2.3. information: internet access, communication with networks

7.2.2.3. top: health, freedom

7.2.2.3.1. health: good diagnosis & distribution of generic medicin

7.2.2.3.2. freedom: political liberty, freedom of speech, promotion of human rights
