In 2012, Started United MSO, which established Primary Care Networks through M&A activity supported by Private Equity; created special partnerships with ACO's to gain Anti-Trust Protection, and financial benefits from Stark waivers. Transformed the networks into community health plans and Medicare advantage without the need of the Mandate.

4.1. Sold Company in 2015; when my non-compete lapsed, I formed Physician Integrated Networks or P.I.NS. to carry on with the process.

4.2. My Favorite function now deals with using what would be our network data, with HIPAA consents of the Patients, to improve algorithms for Genomic companies for the development of precision medicine (Pharmacogenomics) and then sell that data to Pharma in exchange for credits against the purchase of medicines to by pass best pricing legislation for Government Purchases.

4.3. My Primary Function is in using each network and transforming them into local health care insurers using cross shifting of the poor to assure against adverse selection
