2.1. There has been a lot of famous women standing up for us by being expected to get the same amount of pay.

2.2.1. Actors and Actresses play an influential role in American culture so it fits under the humanities/arts discipline
3. Religions
3.1. I am interested to see the role of women in different religions and how they are treated.

3.2.1. Connects to the discipline because religion falls under humanities because humanities often represents culture and religion plays a major role in our cultures.

4.1. It is significant to me to know how far we have come and what kind of women made it possible for us to be where we are/

5. Planned Parenthood
5.1. I would like to know more about Planned Parenthood and other places like it to really get an understanding of what they do for women.

5.2.1. Planned Parenthood plays into the social sciences discipline because there could be a lot of questions for why people do what they do there. It could also have a natural sciences approach because of the medical and treatment aspect side of Planned Parenthood.

6.1. Many women's protests and marches have been on the news lately and it would interesting to research how these are being organized and what the groups really stand for.
6.2. Humanities/ Arts
6.2.1. The recent protests are shaping our culture and generation. Many of them are even transforming out rape culture. All of this change results in this fitting into the humanities/ arts discipline.
