Ways to solve the problem of insufficient parking on campus

1. Build an automated rotary parking system - a new parking technology introduced by Japanese, use less space

2. Allow only student with stickers to park the car - students must hold a position or being active in the campus

3. Provide buses in the campus - encourage students to commute by bus by conducting "campus bus" campaign

4. Enforce high parking charges - so less student will drive to campus
