3. Construction
3.1. Roof
3.1.1. Cut roofing joists out of 2x6x8
3.1.2. Install roofing joists together at the right pitch (calculate mon site)
3.1.3. Lay OSB over top of the roof joists
3.1.4. Screw OSB down to roof joist using 3 in screws
3.1.5. Apply tar paper over top of the OSB
3.1.6. Overlay shingles on top of the tar paper (starting from bottom to top)
3.1.7. Secure shingles with roofing nails
3.1.8. On the interior of the roofing apply insulation
3.1.9. Cover insulation with wood panneling
3.2. Trim Work
3.2.1. Install Furring strips on exterior corners
3.2.2. Install furring strips on interior corners
3.3. Layout and foundation
3.3.1. Create proper grading of the ground
3.3.2. Pour concrete pad
3.3.3. Drill anchor bolt holes
3.3.4. Install anchor bolts
3.4. Heated floor
3.4.1. Lay heated floor pad on the concrete pad
3.4.2. Wire directly to wires coming from the house
3.4.3. Lay flooring boards overtop of the heated
3.4.4. Secure flooring boards
3.5. Paint
3.5.1. Apply base layer of paint
3.5.2. Apply primary paint color
3.5.3. Apply clear coat
3.6. Windows
3.6.1. Cut holes in the wall that fits windows size
3.6.2. Apply flashing around window
3.6.3. Install windows into cavity
3.6.4. Secure window
3.7. HVAC
3.7.1. Run wire from house
3.7.2. Cut whole in the rear wall large enough for the HVAC system to fit
3.7.3. Screw HVAC system to wall
3.7.4. Hardwire HVAC system to the wire coming from the house
3.7.5. Secure wires and connections in proper covering
3.8. Exterior wall
3.8.1. Cut 2x4 to length
3.8.2. Install 2x4 on 24 inch centers
3.8.3. Screw 2x4 together with min 3 inch screws
3.8.4. Anchor bolt walls to concrete pad
3.8.5. Apply insulation into the interior wall cavity
3.8.6. Cover insulation with interior wall paneling
