3.1. Staying fit and healthy is are very significant, as I have already mentioned you need to keep track of how much healthy and unhealthy food you are eating. Foods can effect your self esteem and physical fitness.
3.2. With eating healthy comes the extreme, it is vital to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner every single day!!!! Eating less is not going to help with physical fitness, yes eating less junk will but they does not mean not eating at all!!!

4.1. Being accepting of yourself, your personality, your body image, your differences and your beauty is the most important about a balanced lifestyle. Being accepting of yourself can influence others to be themselves or smile. Being accepting of others is also vital, complementing someone each day is making someones day!! Your beauty and yourself is your all, before you can accept anyone you need to learn how to accept yourself.
