1. What is it?
1.1. a type of neurotransmitter the body produces dopamine and the nervous system uses it to send messages between nerve cells. Also called a chemical messenger, plays a vital role in how we feel pressure and also part of our human ability to think and plan. Also, helps us strive and focus, and find things interesting

2.1. Learning, Motivation, Heart rate, Blood Vessel function, Kidney function, Lactation, Sleep, Mood, Attention, Control of nausea and vomiting, pain processing, Movement
3. Role in mental health
3.1. Most mental health disorders and challenges are linked to little or too much dopamine in different parts of the brain
3.1.1. Schizophrenia, ADHD, Drug misuse and addiction are all linked to dopamine. Obesity, Parkinson's disease, and dopamine in other diseases
