3.2. In this age of information, it can be so difficult to filter what we let into our heart and mind. The world is filled with those trying to get back to the original self and can use false means of doing so. Having a guide to understand and protect you us important. 4. Attention

4.1. Basics

4.1.1. One of the biggest mistakes we make is what we give our hearts and minds to. Your heart is the well spring of life. What are you giving it to today?

4.1.1.1. A great explanation of this is understanding the Bay of Pigs on the lower end of the spectrum and Muhammad Ali vs Joe Frazier on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. When JFK was elected president, he represented a golden, bright future for America. His engagment in the Bay of Pigs turned Che Guevara from a grungy hippy into a revolutionary hero. JFK was a shining prince and by engaging in something as petty as the Bay of Pigs, Che Guevara was able to latch onto that and turn himself into a "Hero". Muhammad Ali fully engaged all of his emotions with Joe Frazier because he was a worthy opponent. By doing this it brought out the best in Ali and made for some of the greatest fights in the history of the sport.

4.1.1.1.1. What are 3 thing that are worthy of your engagement?

4.1.2. Uncontrollable desire makes you seem weak, unworthy, pathetic. If you are thinking outside of the things that God gave you, that is weakness (The feminine kind)

4.1.2.1. This is a great clip that demonstrates someone who is putting there own insecruity and projections ahead of living from there true heart.

4.1.2.1.1. John Eldredge author of "Wild at Heart" on CNN

4.1.3. Anger is a sign of enslavement. Whoever is making you angry owns you.

4.1.3.1. What are 3 things making you angry or emotional?

4.1.4. Instead of attention...think of it like desire. When you pay attention to someone you open yourself up to there influence.

4.2. These are 2 completely opposite ends of the spectrum. One is showing what happens when we engage and the kind of dance we create. The other is what happens when we ignore and focus on what is ahead. Remember, Kings don't fuss with cowards. When you are in your flow, you will find those who are not willing to work to get in there own flow. They are wannabee hero's that are focused on only themselves. By them attacking you, they are trying to get a little taste of Heaven that you exhibit. They have to earn that though.

4.2.2. Bridesmaids: 'Best Friend Speech' Scene
