2.1.1. Limited facilitles and difficulty getting an internet network in the village
2.2. Elaboration
2.2.1. In march 2020 the goverment had implemented a closure policy due to covid-19, however one school on Tanggerang can't hold online learning ,due to difficulties in internet access and not all students have laptop,computers,and cell phone
