1.1. People should work on Grassroots level.
1.2. Rules and Regulation are very important, that will come under external governance. But that too will depend on how it is applied in the broader sense.
1.3. Personal action can also be one of the ways like for example: Using Cloth bag, planting trees,etc.
1.4. Paper Recycling by which cutting of trees can be avoided

2.1. Social: A proper collective action arrangement must be in place. Technological : This can be used for creating awareness. Economic measures : There should be allocation measures by the government

2.5. Switching to Green power
2.6. Other solutions such as - Tree plantation, developing energy efficient programs.
