1. A: Employee fills the SN form

1.1. They receive email, (from HR-Help/TSC) Thank you for nominating X person and helping us making the employee experience richer. You request is received and will be thoroughly reviewed by HR. You will receive an email if your nomination has been accepted once all the nominations close.

2. B: Review Submissions by HR on EOTY Dashboard

2.1. from New Submissions tab

2.2. Well being team reviews ➡

2.2.1. 1. Well being team will receive new cases. They will review and approve or reach out to submitter to adjust award information or simply reject

2.2.2. 2.1 If approved ➡

2.2.2.1. mark HR Approved to 'Pending' ➡

2.2.2.1.1. Case will move to 'Employee Relations to review' tab.

2.2.3. 2.2 If rejected ➡

2.2.3.1. Case will move to 'Employee Relations to review' tab.

2.2.3.2. Mark HR Approved to 'No'

2.4. ER Team reviews ➡

2.4.1. 3. ER team will review cases approved by Wellbeing team from the 'Employee Relations to review tab'.

2.4.2. 4.1 If approved ➡

2.4.2.1. mark HR Approved to 'Yes' ➡

2.4.2.1.1. Case will move to 'ER Approved' tab.

2.4.3. 4.2 If Rejected ➡

2.4.3.1. mark HR Approved to 'No' ➡

2.4.3.1.1. Case will be marked as 'Close Incomplete'

2.6. Notify Results ➡

2.6.1. 5. Approved Nominations ➡

2.6.1.1. Email to Subject Person Congratulations, you have been nominated for X award by A,B,C nominators. Please look for an announcement from HR with Nomination winners.

2.6.1.2. Email to On Behalf of Person Your nomination has been accepted! Please look out for an announcement from HR on when the winners are declared!

2.6.2. 6. Rejected Nominations ➡

2.6.2.1. No notification needed

2.7. Via Email

2.8. Committee to review cases ➡

2.8.1. 7. ER team will review cases approved by Wellbeing team from the 'Employee Relations to review tab'.

2.8.2. 8. ➡ Well team will export the available report from ER approved tab. ➡ Add 2 new columns (namely "Work Notes" and "Selected for Award") at the end for adding comments and Y/N for approval. ➡ The updated report will be emailed to board members.

2.8.3. 9. Board members will add their comments on the provided fields for a row.

2.8.4. 10.1 If approved ➡

2.8.4.1. Mark the Selected for Award field as Y

2.8.5. 10.2 If Rejected ➡

2.8.5.1. Mark the Selected for Award field as N

2.8.6. 11. Board members will email the final report back to Well being team

2.9. Via Bulk Update

2.10. Update HR Cases with Board member feedback ➡

2.10.1. 12 Work notes from the Excel sheet for the nomination will be added as work notes on the HR Case.

2.10.2. 13 Need to figure out where to store the award winner information on the case which can be accessible by reports

2.10.3. 14 Mark Case Close Complete

3. C: Declare Winners

3.1. 15. Awarded Winners ➡

3.1.1. Email to Subject Person Congratulations, you have been awarded for X award. Please look for an announcement from HR with Nomination winners.

3.2. 16. Email all employees to check the winner list
