7.1.9. How to build a real policy bank for ocean economic development - perhaps opportunities to find share holders in those institutions in the UK. or organisations, investment banks - not sure. We have to focus the dangerous factors during this process

7.1.11. We need to provide more opportunity to train more younger people in these fields - maybe we could build a new training organisation in Shenzhen - would be a good cashflow and stronger function for the ocean sector for sustainable development
