1. SLEEP 1)to get diffident sleep for at least seven or eight hours
2. BAD HABITS 1) smoking and drinking alcohol, sleeping too much or too little, skipping breakfast
3. SIMPLE RULES 1) avoid smoking and taking drugs, avoid drinking alcohol and eating too much chips and sweets 2) try to eat more vegetables and fruits 3) try to sleep well and to do exercises
4. SPORT 1) helps us to keep in good health 2) to develop physical skills 3) makes us more organised and better disciplined in our daily activities
5. HEALTHY FOOD 1)helps us to preserve youth and some sanity 2)healthier food we accept the better we fell
6. AS FOR ME, l maintain a healthy lifestyle, because it helps me feel better
