1. Test/Restest- The extent of the same test items evaluated at two different yields producing the same results.
1.1. Inter-Observer- The extent of which different observers evaluate the same assessments and agree on the overall results.
1.1.1. Parallel-forms- The extent by which two different measurements yield comparable results.
1.1.1.1. Split-half- compares half of a set of test items with the other half to determine if they yield similar results.
2. Reliability
2.1. is a determination of the consistency of a measurement of skills or knowledge yielding similar results.
3. Validity- determines if the instrument that is capable of measuring what it is supposed to measure.
3.1. Content validity- determines if an overall sample of the actual content being measured is properly represented.
3.1.1. Criterion validity- deals with the accuracy of a measure.
3.1.1.1. Construct validity- makes sure that the assessment is a true measurement of what it claims to measure.
