7. According to the Megantz (2002), technology is a wonderful, amazing, always-changing bags of tricks that help the human being to live healthier, happier and more fulfilling lives.Technology means state power to both developing and developed countries. It is regarded as a strategic instrument in achieving monetary targets and creating wealth and prosperity in developing countries, and an important vehicle to make larger profits in developed countries. Technology includes much more rather than just machines, processes and inventions.

8. The primary and fundamental concept is that technology serves as a tool for achieving human objectives. This tool can take various forms, such as a method, process, device, or even something complex or intangible. Regardless of its form, technology consistently serves as a tool to accomplish human goals. The second interpretation is more inclusive, defining technology as a collection of methods and components.I'll also consider a third interpretation, where technology encompasses the complete array of devices and engineering practices accessible within a culture.
