1. Purpose
1.1. For TLs and DTLs ensure the quality assurance. For teachers, learning new skills, work in a collaborative environment
1.1.1. to support teachers (and set action points if needed) - help TLs /DTLs clarify expectations with clear examples - to identify training needs -

2.1. Report?
2.1.1. could we use a video recording as the basis for also a self-reflection
3. Frequency
3.1. every 2 years if report ok - every year if there is an issue
4. Peer-observations
4.1. teaching staff to be more encouraged into this practice, making it part of their workload
4.1.1. sharing good practice amongst teachers
5. Report form should be reviewed a
5.1. question: is the report format informed by other reports available maybe at King's Academy?
5.1.1. do we keep a record of both class observation reports and peer-observations?
