Arseni left the interview room after making introductions to the interviewing agents." Arseni never followed up on any of the voluminous pieces of evidence regarding numerous FARA violations and money laundering offenses which Bobulinski revealed.

Brian James Auten Supervisory Intelligence Analyst at FBI Headquarters (HQ) (Suspended) DOB: 02/24/1969 bjauten@ic.fbi.gov Burke, VA 22015 According to his former and current colleagues who have made protected disclosures as whistleblowers to U.S. senators, Auten authored a so-called "assessment" in August 2020 which cast doubt on the provenance of material related to—and data contained on—the Biden Laptop. Auten's "assessment" was then utilized by his colleague(s) as a justification to halt investigative activity, according to whistleblowers. Auten also played a central role in the Russian collusion delusion and bogus "Steele dossier." In other words, a single analyst has stood in the middle of two of the most consequential FBI scandals of the 21st century.

Bradley "Brad" Scott Benavides Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Division at FBI HQ (Retired) DOB: 03/03/1970 359 Commonwealth Way Aiken, SC 29803 Benavides provided false information to U.S. senators about the Bidens and their foreign business dealings. Specifically, Benavides (who "retired"—with his pension, of course—shortly after the exposure of his role in the fiasco and immediately received an executive position with Amazon) briefed a U.S. Senate committee on 08/06/2020 about how legitimate inquiries into the Bidens' foreign business dealings were enabling a "Russian disinformation campaign." Naturally, the briefing's details were leaked to the Washington Post, which is owned by Jeff Bezos, the founder of Benavides's next employer.

David "Dave" Lance Bowdich Deputy Director at FBI HQ (Retired) DOB: 03/14/1969 dave.l.bowdich@disney.com 12458 Carmel Cape San Diego, CA 92130 The former U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Scott Brady, testified that Bowdich was actually willing and able to unclog the FBI's bureaucratic jams, which were holding up basic information sharing between offices regarding Ukraine and other matters which touched on the Bidens: "Mr. Bowdich was terrific. We would meet ... and that problem would be solved."

Elvis Ming Chan ASAC of Cyber Division at FBI's San Francisco FO DOB: 04/05/1969 elvis.chan@ic.fbi.gov San Ramon, CA 94583 Chan was one of the ringleaders of meetings organized by the FITF between social media companies and feds during which the Biden Laptop was discussed. Additionally, in his dissertation at the Naval Postgraduate School entitled "Fighting Bears and Trolls: An Analysis of Social Media Companies and U.S. Government Efforts to Combat Russian Influence Campaigns During the 2020 U.S. Elections," Chan wrote that "public service announcements that are informed by media literacy experts" are necessary to protect the American citizenry from the "Russian government['s] [] efforts to propagate dissension in the American populace."

Yuanyuan "Judy" Chock (née Guo) China Unit Chief in Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) at FBI HQ (Reassigned) DOB: 08/28/1980 judy.chock@ic.fbi.gov California Bar #: 235155 Washington, DC 20009 Chock was a participant in meetings organized by the FITF between social media companies and feds during which the Biden Laptop was discussed.

Garrett Stephen Churchill Special Agent (SA) at FBI's DCFO DOB: 04/21/1985 gschurchill@fbi.gov Georgia Bar Admit Date: 12/03/2010 Annandale, VA 22003 Exhibit 400A: Churchill was one of the four FBI agents who met and spoke with Bobulinski on 10/23/2020. Churchill never followed up on any of the voluminous pieces of evidence regarding numerous FARA violations and money laundering offenses which Bobulinski provided.

Michael "Mike" Patrick Dzielak SA at FBI's Wilmington Resident Agency (WRA), Baltimore FO (BAFO) (Retired) DOB: 03/16/1971 mdzielak@wsfsbank.com 2513 Pennington Dr Wilmington, DE 19810 Dzielak tacitly threatened J.P. Mac Isaac, the laptop repair shop owner, on 12/09/2019: "It is our experience that nothing ever happens to people that don't talk about these things." Mac Isaac on 12/20/2020: "Agent Mike [Dzielak] instructed me that, moving forward, we should only communicate through text message, no email. He also said that if somebody came into the shop looking for the laptop, I was to contact them [the FBI] immediately and stall them for 24 hours and [FBI] agents would return the equipment."

Nikki Lee Floris Intelligence Division at FBI's DCFO DOB: 03/15/1980 nikki.floris@ic.fbi.gov Alexandria, VA 22308 Floris, along with her colleague Benavides, provided false information to U.S. senators about the Bidens and their foreign business dealings. Specifically, Floris (who met multiple times with Joe Biden's then-chief counsel in the West Wing, Dana Remus, who was embroiled in Joe's classified documents fiasco) briefed a U.S. Senate committee on 08/06/2020 about how legitimate inquiries into the Bidens' foreign business dealings were enabling a "Russian disinformation campaign."

Luke Oliver Atkinson Giannini Assistant Section Chief of FITF at FBI HQ (Reassigned) DOB: 04/11/1981 luke.giannini@ic.fbi.gov Washington, DC 20003 Giannini was a participant in meetings organized by the FITF between social media companies and feds during which the Biden Laptop was discussed.

Megan Louise Greer Assistant General Counsel at FBI HQ DOB: 11/19/1982 DC Bar Admit Date: 11/06/2009 mlgreer@fbi.gov Taxpayer-funded work phone: 202-324-6940 Alexandria, VA 22308 Greer represented the FBI at the congressional testimonies of Brad Benavides and Tom Sobocinski on 09/28/2023 & 09/07/2023, respectively.

1.4. Erika Jensen (née Gennuso) SA at FBI's BAFO DOB: 09/23/1970 ejensen@fbi.gov Bowie, MD 20720 Jensen testified for the prosecution as its primary witness in the trial of United States v. R. Hunter Biden. Jensen testified on 06/05/2024 "No" to the following question: "Have you seen any evidence whatsoever from the data you reviewed from this [Biden] laptop to suggest that there was tampering?" The trial concluded with a guilty verdict on all three counts.

Jason Allen Jones General Counsel at FBI HQ (Departed) DOB: 01/09/1976 DC Bar Admit Date #: 05/16/2014 Georgia Bar Admit Date: 11/26/2001 Massachusetts Bar #: 650928 917-620-3578 1149 Daleview Dr McLean, VA 22102 In a letter on 07/16/2023, Jones told FBI SSA Joe Gordon, a whistleblower, to essentially keep his mouth shut about the Biden "investigation," even though Gordon was statutorily authorized to provide certain "non-public" information to the congressional committee conducting an interview.

1.4.1.1. Acting Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) at FBI's WRA, BAFO Garret "Gary" M. Kerley DOB: 08/14/1972 garret.kerley@ic.fbi.gov Taxpayer-funded work phone: 302-658-4375 Claymont, DE 19703 Kerley called his IRS counterpart, Shapley, on 08/24/2022 and stated that one of the Assistant U.S. Attorneys for the District of Delaware, Lesley Wolf, had provided Kerley with "inaccurate information" concerning a case update. Kerley then acquiesced to an unjust "stand down" request on 08/25/2022 from AUSA Wolf.

1.4.1.1.1. Rosemaria "Rose" Vasiliki Marketos SA at FBI's DCFO DOB: 01/19/1981 rosemaria.marketos@ic.fbi.gov Oakton, VA 22124 Marketos attended an interview conducted by the FBI of author Peter Schweizer about Hunter's obvious FARA violations on behalf of a Chinese firm, BHR.

Brady Jay Olson Russia Unit Chief of FITF at FBI HQ DOB: 07/27/1980 bjolson@fbi.gov Duluth, GA 30097 Olson was a participant in meetings organized by the FITF between social media companies and feds during which the Biden Laptop was discussed; in fact, Olson's colleague, Laura Dehmlow, was "pretty certain" that Olson was aware that the contents of the Biden Laptop were authentic. Olson was interviewed about these meeetings, and other matters, by a committee of the U.S. House of Representatives on 05/02/2024.

Matthew "Matt" John Perry Counsel at FBI HQ (Retired) DOB: 02/12/1972 mattperry@berkeley.edu California Bar #: 805401 DC Bar Admit Date: 11/02/2001 Illinois Bar Admit Date: 05/10/2001 Partner: Amanda Lynn Tyler (leftist law professor at Berkeley) 1045 Park Hills Rd Berkeley, CA 94708 Perry had a call scheduled with then-Twitter General Counsel, James Baker, on 10/14/2020 to discuss the Biden Laptop. (Baker was Perry's old boss as Baker was the former General Counsel at the FBI). Perry retired (with his pension, of course) one month before Trump was re-elected as the 47th U.S. president. Like so many of his former colleagues at the FBI, Perry now works at Microsoft; he is an Assistant General Counsel for Cybersecurity.

David Keith Porter Assistant Section Chief of FITF at FBI HQ (Reassigned) DOB: 04/20/1973 david.porter@ic.fbi.gov Grand Rapids, MI 49506 According to testimony given by Brad Benavides to congressional investigators, Porter helped organize meetings between social media companies and feds in which the Biden Laptop was discussed.

1.5.1.1.1. Boyd Joseph Pritchard SA at FBI's WRA, BAFO DOB: 10/05/1982 Townsend, DE 19734 Pritchard "reviewed" "digital evidence" which originated from the Biden Laptop; his name and signature were on a warrant authorizing such a review.

Thomas "Tom" James Sobocinski SAC at FBI's BAFO (Retired) DOB: 05/29/1969 sobocinski@tdinternational.com 5528 30th Place NW Washington, DC 20015 Shapley, Section 6103 Supplemental Document Production, 6: "On September 29, 2022, a meeting with U.S. Attorney Weiss was scheduled for October 7 ... It had been communicated to me by FBI SAC Tom Sobocinski [] on several occasions that they had major concerns about the delays, decision making and lack of resolution in this case."

Sweeney, Jr. ADIC at FBI's New York FO (Retired) DOB: 10/08/1970 3714 Knollcroft St Easton, PA 18045 Jim Dennehy wrote the following message to Laura Dehmlow about the FBI "gag order" regarding the Biden Laptop on 10/16/2020: "ADIC Sweeney called [aforementioned FBI colleague] John Brown this morning and got the impression he [Brown] was not fully aware of this matter..."

Timothy "Tim" Robert Thibault ASAC at FBI's DCFO (Retired) DOB: 03/08/1967 8311 Collier Ln Gainesville, VA 20155 Thibault was the tip of the spear in the DCFO handling the Biden Laptop suppression operation; according to multiple former colleagues and subordinates, Thibault (who shared numerous derogatory messages on social media about his then-boss, President Trump) ordered investigative activity to cease surrounding the Biden Laptop in October 2020. Thibault left the FBI (with his pension, of course) just weeks after Senator Chuck Grassley revealed the aforementioned derogatory messages. Thibault eventually got a slap on the wrist from the Office of Special Counsel (OSC); OSC determined that Thibault blatantly violated the toothless federal statute.

Jill Courtney Tyson (née Wade) Assistant Director of Congressional Affairs at FBI HQ (Departed) DOB: 01/09/1979 jctyson@tysonglobaladvisors.com 202-425-8188 DC Bar Admit Date: 12/07/2009 Partner: Sutton Nichelle Roach Tyson Ex-husband: Christopher "Chris" Joseph Tyson 2927 John Marshall Dr Arlington, VA 22207 Tyson responded (on behalf of the FBI) to a letter from Senator Ron Johnson in October 2020 and wrote that the FBI had "nothing to add" and could not "provide any additional information" about the Biden Laptop, which (as we now know) had been in the FBI's possession since December 2019. At the same time Tyson penned her letter, she was (according to the DOJ's OIG) engaging in an "inappropriate" "romantic" "relationship with a subordinate [a then-FBI employee who is now her partner]" which "disrupt[ed] the workplace[.]" A close ally of Chris Wray, Tyson stayed at the FBI (along with her partner) for nearly a year after the OIG report was released. Tyson is now calling herself a "Crisis Communications Consultant" and maintains contracts with Amazon, Google and other large corporations.

Alfred Andrew Watson ASAC at FBI's BAFO (Reassigned) DOB: 11/09/1974 alfred.watson@ic.fbi.gov Bowie, MD 20721 Shapley, 19: "SSA Gordon and I waited in the car outside of Hunter Biden's California residence waiting for a phone call. It was no surprise that the phone call SSA Gordon received was from his ASAC Alfred Watson, who informed us that Hunter Biden would contact us through his [then-]attorneys [Preston Burton and Ben Klubes]." Watson also participated in a call on 10/05/2020, with his then-colleague Miller, along with other FBI agents. On that call, it was made clear that "agents were in possession of email evidence that contradicted denials made by Joe Biden that he was never aware of or involved in Hunter Biden's business arrangements."

1.7.1. Joshua "Josh" James Wilson SA at FBI's WRA, BAFO DOB: 05/09/1978 jwilson@fbi.gov Hockessin, DE 19707 Wilson, along with Dzielak, arrived at the laptop repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware, on 12/09/2019 and impounded the original Biden Laptop with a grand jury subpoena. Wilson signed a "Receipt for Property" (FD-597) form which contained a FBI Case ID of 272D-BA-3065729.

Christopher "Chris" Asher Wray Director at FBI HQ (Resigned) DOB: 12/17/1966 Georgia Bar Admit Date: 11/03/1993 DC Bar Admit Date: 02/09/2007 2540 Arden Rd Atlanta, GA 30327 Wray led the FBI for the entirety of the Biden "investigation." As such, the buck, so to speak, stopped with him." Wray and his subordinates, in many ways both large and small, have made a mockery of the motto "equal application of the law."

Joseph "Joe" Patrick Gordon Senior Supervisory Resident Agent at WRA, BAFO (Retired) DOB: 03/04/1970 906 Greystone Dr West Chester, PA 19380 Gordon, 33-34: "I was upset when I learned [that the Biden transition team was notified]. ... I felt it was people that did not need to know about our intent. ... while we got together on that morning, I was notified by my assistant special agent in charge that we would not even be allowed to approach the house; that the plan, as told to us, was that my information would be given to the Secret Service ... with the notification that we would like to talk to Hunter Biden; and that I was not to go near the house and to stand by. ... it was frustrating[.]"
