3. Persuasive writing aims to get the reader to agree with a presented perspective or do something specific. It is typical in advertisements, opinion articles, and political speeches (Carter, 2017).

4. Narrative writing is a narrative, often in first or third person, with a clear beginning, middle, and conclusion. Narrative writing is utilized in novels, short stories, autobiographies, and others (Davis, 2018).

5. Expository writing seeks to explain or inform the reader concerning a specific subject. Expository writing employs facts, statistics, and examples when trying to describe complex matters. Expository writing predominantly appears in textbooks, news, and instruction manuals (Jones, 2019).

6. Argumentative writing presents the voice of both sides of an argument but finally verifies one side based on evidence and logic. Argumentative writing is predominantly applied in essays, debate, and research papers (Turner, 2021).

7. Creative writing incorporates a wide range of fiction writing, such as plays, poetry, and short stories. It permits creative freedom and is more aesthetics- and emotion-oriented compared to other writings (Williams, 2022).
