Solution: graffiti is a form of art but not everywhere especially at schools, such learners are to be identified and guided through arts subject in that way they will draw at areas where it’s allowed, Having a security who will monitor learners and teachers when they enter school premises with object that will vandalise school property such as spray paint used for graffiti’s. Schools should have cleaners,who will help and maintain the neatness. Have bins around school to avoid littering.

2. Mismanagement of funds to run school. It impact the functioning of the school in performance. It impact the productivity in learning as the won’t be resources.

2.1. Solution: The principal and school governing body to fully monitor the funds. Any use of money should have invoices filled any misuse of money should be held accountable

3. Teenage pregnancy. Its impact results in possible dropout and poor performance of the school

3.1. Solution :Providing learners with support through sex education and adolescence in the curriculum. Have department of health representatives at schools to provide more knowledge which will help learners to know the risk of unprotected sex. Parents to be involved in supporting leaners going through adolescence stage.

4. Lack of leadership, it’s impact is that the is no accountability and positive outcome. Leaners won’t be motivated as they lack guidance.

4.1. Solution: The principal as the head of the school should lead the teachers and make them aware of what is expected of them. The should be discipline to teachers who don’t comply as it doesn’t comply to teachers principles. Adherence to time table and follow up to teachers who miss class. Proper time management of teachers and setting deadlines to work assigned to learners.

5. Teachers lack role and responsibility. Unprofessional and holds no accountability.it impact time and productivity. The standard of teaching is also degraded.

5.1. Solution: Teachers to have a teaching plan that will help with time management.Tracking performance of the learners can be used to identify teachers that are neglecting the principles. Teachers to come up with different strategies to teach and identify the one that works. Teachers should be able to use minimal resources to their advantage in a way it will be effective such as making copies and create groups in classes, in that way leaners will be participate and share their understanding.
