1.1.1. A command economy goes right along with communism, the government controls it.
1.1.2. With the government controlling it there will be less groups to have an impact pn the econpmy
1.2. Effects
1.2.1. A command economy would help the government keep a handle on the citizens, which in a utopia, is what is mostly wanted.
1.2.2. Having a command economy just makes sense with already having a communism, so the command economy is almost an effect of having a communism.
2. Education
2.1. Finnland Eduction
2.1.1. The education system Finland uses is the key to success in a utopia, with hours that cause less stress to less homework, to well educated teachers to a group of kids who are going to learn well to help the utopia evolve.
2.1.2. Having Finland's education system will provide my utopia with a group of well educated scholars that can help build the utopia.
2.2. Effects
2.2.1. Finland has an education system that causes kids to learn and understand. Most educators in other countries aren't as qualified as Finland's educators.
2.2.2. The effects of Finland's education system would be well educated individuals working in the Utopian community.
3. Transportation
3.1. Water Transportation
3.2. Water transportation would be easier than other types of transportation because unlike land transportation there is less to wreck into, there are other boats and the shore, no poles and curbs and signs and the like.
3.3. Our transportation is water because we are on an island so we have lots of water to travel on.
3.4. Effects
3.4.1. With water transportation, there is not much of an effect on other aspects, there will not be any cars to take up space.
3.4.2. Without other transportation, there will be less money used for transportation.
4. Energy
4.1. Nuclear
4.1.1. The power source represented by nuclear energy, in the form of nuclear reactors, will provide a clean, emission-less energy.
4.1.2. Nuclear Energy will benefit my utopia greatly,for example, there would be less differentiating power sources to cause conflict and stress over.
4.2. Effects
4.2.1. Having a nuclear power source can mean multiple things, for one, you will have a clean power source and for two, you will have to deal with a radioactive material.
4.2.2. The pro of nuclear energy is that there are low and cleaner emissions. The con of nuclear energy is that there is a radioactive waste involved.
5. Government
5.1. Communism
5.1.1. Communism's never survive, but in a better controlled smaller utopia, having a communistic government means that everyone is given equal rights and no one person s able to do whatever they want.
5.1.2. With a communism there are things that can easily be controlled for a better run community.
5.2. Effects
5.2.1. The main problem with a communism is that the leader always goes over the top and the citizens rebel.
5.2.2. With a utopia there is a smaller group and the citizens are shown that communism is the right thing from birth to death.
