eGOR Reporting Workflow

1. Overview

1.1. Data is reported daily and monthly

1.2. Data is pulled from the SharePoint site devoted to eGOR

1.3. Access // Excel // Standalone Desktop is needed for script

1.4. Task Workflow needs to be created using Control Panel

2. Development

2.1. Monthly

2.1.1. SCRIPT NEEDED - Create  New Folders in SharePoint Site - Name of each folder will match {Station]

2.1.1.1. Data Pulled from SharePoint Site  will need to be stored in [Station} folders. XML Files are directed to folder based on [Station] attribute from XML file.

2.1.1.1.1. The  Files will be stripped to the required fields ( see Email Dated 11/2/2016 - eGOR - Workflow - Python )

3. Development

3.1. Daily Report

3.1.1. SCRIPT NEEDED - Create a folder with Folder Name ( [Current Date]-1)

3.1.1.1. Data is then pulled based on Creation Date

3.1.1.1.1. The Files will be stripped to the required fields ( see Email Dated 11/2/2016 - eGOR - Workflow - Python )
