2. Why does Organisation Behavior matter?

2.1. Assists in Skill Development It can be used to help to develop the skills of an organisation's employees. It can also be a tool to acquire improved knowledge that can be used to enhance the performance of the employees. This can be realized through activities such as training and mentor ship programs to name a few.

2.2. Better Understand the Behavior of Customers Most organisations are profit seeking and therefore are constantly looking for ways to retain and increase their customer base. If an organisation can understand their customers behavior, they are better able to meet the needs of their customers.

2.3. Employee Motivation Organisational Behavior can be used to help find ways of encouraging and improving motivation among employees in an organisation.
