4.1. I'd like to see the Fellows (at least those who want to be) more involved with Digital Strategy and also perhaps Professional Development

4.2. I would like there to be stronger connections between professional development and the hubs--perhaps a train the trainer model so we could then deliver content (once we're back to doing things in person)?

4.3. The more i have data and stories from program areas the better I can be at fundraising.

4.4. I'd love to see more coordination of the PD work we do across the org (especially innovation hubs, fellowship, etc.) so that we have a sense of how the pieces interlock!
