1. To me this amendment means that regardless of background, as long as you're a US citizen you have a right to peacefully assemble in protest, freedom of speech, and to express religious beliefs.

1.1. Very recently in Hollywood, California, there had been a hate crime dealing with three transgender women who were assaulted, robbed, and filmed.

1.1.1. Over the past couple days, there had been cases of 2 shot and killed with 1 injured as a result of the protests in Kenosha relating to the Jacob Blake shooting.

1.1.1.1. On May 25th, 2020, a 46-year old black man in Minneapolis, Minnesota was arrested for using a counterfeit a $20 bill and minutes later had been knocked unconscious and pinned down by three officers until Floyd gasped to his last breath and died due to suffocation.

1.1.1.1.1. As a result of this amendment, I can further utilize these freedoms as a way to peacefully fight for what I believe in whether that be supporting an organization or marching in a protest.
