4. Changes to FIPPA due to COVID19
4.1. Ministerial Order 085: Consent is not required for technology with servers based outside of Canada.
4.1.1. a public bod ymust be able to demonstrate that using the online tool is necessary for maintaining programs or services during the COVID-19crisis, such as providing distance learning and collaboration
4.1.2. the public body must ensure that they take all reasonable steps to delete the information from outside Canada once they are done with it.

6. Under FIPPA, an individual has the right to:

6.3.1. according to specific standards that protect personal information.
6.4. Ask the office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner to review or investigate decisions by public bodies about privacy or access to records and complain about public body personal information practicies
