2.2. Set Emergency Guardianship Hearing in Ex Parte Department

2.2.1. Attend Ex Parte Hearing (2:00 PM Emergency Motions Calendar)

2.2.1.1. Give Notice of Appointment as Temporary Emergency Guardian and of return hearing to required parties (See RCW 11.130.225(4))

2.2.1.1.1. Attend return hearing set next available Friday at 11:00 AM with IC Judge. The court will determine appropriateness of emergency guardian appointment.

3. WITH NOTICE

3.1. Give Notice of Hearing (set by Case Schedule) to parties listed on GDN M 201 (See RCW 11.130.225(3)).

4. 60 DAYS AFTER FILING

4.1. Attend Hearing with IC Judge - Extend emergency Guardianship for up to 60 days (see RCW 11.130.225(2)) or extend pending final hearing if (full) Petition for Guardianship of Minor filed (RCW 11.130.225(7)).
