3.1. Step C. Ryan White Part B (RWPB) Health Insurance Eligibility Enrollment Specialists (Insurance Benefits Manager [IBM])

3.1.1. 1. Health Insurance Eligibility Enrollment Specialists generate report with scheduled appointments for the day.

3.1.2. 2. Health Insurance Eligibility Enrollment Specialists contacts clients during the scheduled appointment and conducts health insurance enrollment.

3.1.3. 3. Health Insurance Eligibility Enrollment Specialists will submit applications to broker on behalf of client for health insurance enrollment. (Step D)

4. Step D

4.1. Step D. Nevada Division of Insurance Licensed Broker

4.1.1. 1. Broker submits application to insurance company on behalf of client.

4.1.2. 2. The broker, In conjunction with IBM, works to submits premium binder payment on behalf of the client to ensure the affective date is the first of the following month.

4.1.3. 3. Client receives welcome package from health insurance that includes insurance card and plan benefits information.
