3. Bullies seek to put people down by manipulating and degrading them in front of their peers.

4. Bullies spread untrue rumors in the workplace, with disrespect toward their victims and refuse to listen to a victim in any capacity.

5.1. Seek the advice of a trusted mentor who may have dealt with this situation before.

5.2. Do your job and do it well. The workplace bully wants you to fail and when you don't he or she will be defeated.
