HUMAN RIGHTS AND CHILDREN'S RIGHTS

5. They are classified according to three phases of development

5.1. 1. It arose during the 19th century and includes civil and political rights, which are based on freedom.

5.2. 2. Emerging in the 20th century, it includes collective economic, social and cultural rights, which are based on equality.

5.3. 3. The right to solidarity, intended to stimulate relations between countries, was given in fraternity.

6. On November 20, 1989, the rights of children were approved.

7. In 1998, UNICEF organized the rights of the child in four groups

7.1. Survival rights.

7.2. Development rights.

7.3. Protection rights.

7.4. Participation rights.
