2.1. Monthly progress monitoring in I-Ready, Quarterly common assessments, and Benchmark assessments 3x per year.

4. Feeder Schools Inclusion Plan

4.1. Reading night, math night, STEM night in collaboration with reps from feeder schools.

5.1. Training from district and state level Education Specialists.

6. Collaboration Plan

6.1. Create time in the school schedule for grade levels to meet with teachers that teach a grade higher than them and a grade lower then them to discuss what students are expected to know and what instruction can look like to assist them.
