1.1. I want to talk about how effective school culture makes an impact on students--in particular, why students become more engaged in school academically and succeed.

1.1.1. This idea will spark how I will be as a future teacher--I hope to create a classroom atmosphere that is both exciting, challenging, accepting, and open. I want to be the teacher that makes a difference in the lives of my students.
