1. Nervious System

1.1. What is the NS

1.1.1. The nervous system includes the brain, spinal cord, and a complex network of nerves. This system sends messages back and forth between the brain and the body. The brain is what controls all the body's functions. 🧠

1.1.1.1.1. It guides everyday activities such as waking up; automatic activities such as breathing and complex processes such as thinking, reading, remembering, and feeling emotions

2. Respiratory System

2.1. What is the RS

2.1.1. The respiratory system takes up oxygen from the air we breathe and expels the unwanted carbon dioxide. The main organ of the respiratory system is the lungs. Other respiratory organs include the nose, the trachea and the breathing muscles. 🫁

2.1.1.1.1. The RS takes up O2 from the air we breathe and distrubute to all the body mainly to the lungs & blood the when exhale it it blows CO2 and goes back that cycle.

3. Circulatory System

3.1. What is the CS

3.1.1. The circulatory system is made up of blood vessels that carry blood away from and towards the heart. Arteries carry blood away from the heart and veins carry blood back to the heart. The circulatory system carries oxygen, nutrients, and hormones to cells, and removes waste products, like carbon dioxide. 🫀🩸

3.1.1.1. Function

3.1.1.1.1. The Function of the CS is to move in your body, blood cells; hormones, oxygen, nutrients and other gases to your body's organs, musles & tissues, to use for energy, growth & repair.
