To the extent there was any pending investigation, I said, I was confident that it was being handled responsibly by the department's lawyers, and I saw no reason to appoint a Special Counsel." Additionally, Barr defied the U.S. Constitution by refusing to discuss the "investigation" into Hunter Biden with then-President Donald J. Trump, even though the Constitution states (Article II, Section 3) that the President, as the Chief Executive of the nation, "shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed[.]"

From August to October 2020, Calce donated more than $75,000 collectively to the DNC, Joe Biden's presidential campaign, and a super PAC supporting Joe Biden.

Daly signed the "tolling agreements" on behalf of Goldberg on 07/13/2021 and 03/22/2022. IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley wrote down the following notes on 09/22/2022: "[] Mark Daly joined late. ... Daly led the effort to answer CA's USAO questions because they were technical tax questions. ... DOJ Tax made the decision not to charge until after the election. They said why should they shoot themselves in the foot by charging before." Daly was sued on 03/21/2024 by a Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives for defying a subpoena.

Gaeta wrote, in part: "[W]e are not in a position to confirm the existence of the information that is sought[.]" Gaeta drafted a memo to the AG with the subject line of "Phone Call Request from Senators Grassley and Johnson," which included the following lines: "[T]he Senators requested 'all FISA-derived information' related to Chinese nationals Patrick Ho, Ye Jianming, and Gongwen Dong, citing asserted connections between these individuals and Hunter Biden and James Biden."

These "Roundtable Materials" contained information about the Hunter Biden "investigation." *Sophie's mother, Joan Silverstein, was the Chief of the Criminal Division for the U.S. Attorney's office for the Southern District of Florida from 2015-2023. *Sophie's father, Dan Gelber, a former Florida State Senator and former Mayor of Miami Beach, stated the following: "It is vital that all Americans reject Donald Trump and the hate he seeks to harness."

HELAINE ANN GREENFELD Acting Assistant AG OLA (Departed) DOB: 07/22/1963 Maryland Bar #: 9302040003 Husband: Richard Ian Mintz (longtime lobbyist & registered foreign agent) 17 Cardinals Ln Rehoboth, DE 19971 (5 houses down from Joe Biden's beach home) Greenfeld was alluded to in a draft memo to the AG written by Joe Gaeta: "On February 3, 2021 and March 9, 2021, the Senators requested all recusal advice provided to McQuaid by Department ethics officials, and specifically inquired whether McQuaid was recused from matters involving Hunter Biden. The Department responded on February 19, 2021 and March 22, 2021 with letters signed by [] Helaine Greenfeld." *Greenfeld's nomination failed in the Senate & was returned to Joe Biden on 01/03/2022.

Horowitz's letter did not address the possibility that the OIG's inaction would itself be an injustice.

Hyun received an email on 04/29/2022 containing a letter from Congresswoman Lesko (AZ-8) who called for a Special Counsel to be appointed in the "investigation." In a more brazen act, Hyun responded in a 06/09/2022 letter on behalf of the DOJ to a request for information from Senators about the "investigation" even though Hyun himself was recused from the "investigation." Hyun's colleague, Emily Loeb, also recused herself from the "investigation." However, unlike Hyun, Loeb apparently followed the law & was not publicly linked to the "investigation" after recusing herself.

Iverson also received the following forwarded email on 03/17/2022: "[] Psaki was asked today about previous claims from her and the president that Hunter Biden's laptop was part of a Russian disinformation campaign ..." *Iverson, when she worked for D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty, fornicated with a reporter (now her husband) who wrote articles about Mayor Fenty's administration; this relationship was evidently not disclosed.

"KAEI" JIAYING LI Press Assistant OPA (Departed) DOB: 11/1997 li@democracydocket.com 248-719-9424 Li reviewed at least one press inquiry regarding a subpoena dated 05/15/2019 from the U.S. Attorney's office in Delaware to JP Morgan, which Marco Polo published; the subpoena sought all records pertaining to Hunter Biden and Joe Biden's brother, Jimmy Biden, specifically their ties to the Bank of China. The subpoena was issued during the course of the "investigation." *Li currently works at Democracy Docket, an outlet founded by leftist legal fixer Marc Elias.

More importantly, McKenzie participated in the interview of Biden family business partner Rob Walker on 11/23/2021; McKenzie's name is listed on the FBI's FD-302.

NICHOLAS "NICK" RICHARD LLOYD MCQUAID Principal Deputy Assistant AG Criminal Division (Departed) DOB: 06/26/1973 nicholas.mcquaid@lw.com DC Bar Admit Date: 01/05/2018 NY Bar #: 4393211 4009 64th Street Bethesda, MD 20816 Joe Biden appointed McQuaid (who was, at that time, a fellow law partner of Hunter Biden's attorney) to be the chief deputy of the DOJ's criminal division on Joe Biden's first full day in the Oval Office. Tellingly, McQuaid refused to confirm whether he recused himself from the Hunter Biden "investigation." Chris Clark (Hunter's attorney) and McQuaid both worked at Latham & Watkins LLP and even argued cases together. In short, we are left to assume that McQuaid likely violated 28 CFR § 45.2 by not recusing himself from the "investigation."

Timeline[.]" The email contained eight dated entries which conveyed the timeline of the Hunter Biden "investigation." An attachment to the email entitled "Wells Fargo Profiles-RB and Owasco.pdf" referred to Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) which banks filed regarding felonious transactions initiated by Hunter.

JACK ALLEN MORGAN (Brother of KIM SHARTAR) Trial Attorney Tax Division (Reassigned) DOB: 05/23/1983 jack.a.morgan@usdoj.gov Virginia Bar #: 85926 Wife: Adrienne Judith SHOWLER (Canadian-born physician who met Jack at Amherst College; gave $250 to Biden for President in 2020 & $500 to Harris for President in 2024) Washington, DC 29007 Morgan compiled a partial list of prostitution and human trafficking violations which Hunter Biden committed and sent the list via email to one of the lead prosecutors in the "investigation," Lesley Wolf, on 10/21/2020. The email reads, in part: "Attached are some, but not all, of the relevant documents related to SM [Hunter] and solicitation. ... The highlighted records are those that are most probative for Mann [A]ct purposes." Morgan also received via email on 08/18/2022 a rundown of interviews which the feds were planning to conduct as part of the "investigation." The email ended with the following line: "We are coordinating Uncle [Jimmy Biden's interview] through his counsel and SDNY." Morgan was sued on 03/21/2024 by a Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives for defying a subpoena.
