Matching Process Resources Project Bundle por Mind Map: Matching Process Resources Project Bundle

1. Learning Agenda (off shoot project)

1.1. Scoping Learning Agenda

1.1.1. A first stab at a learning agenda (aligned with the LO Plan) for specifically the scoping process, after many conversations with Camille and Taysa about what we do and don't know about our efficacy at this stage in the process. We realized that many of the needed data sources to truly answer the questions in the learning agenda are not yet established, and decided to hold on moving forward with the learning agenda.

1.2. Data Universe Conversation

1.2.1. Spurred by the creation of the scoping learning agenda, Ops, R+I, and I had a meeting to map out and take stock of all of our current data sources.

2. (1) Scope Bank

2.1. Scope Bank

2.1.1. A searchable interface connected to JAMs that holds all scopes that have ever been written by CE staff (unless it is way out of format, and we would not like to replicate it!).

2.2. Scope Bank Form

2.2.1. The form, accessible from within the Scope Bank, is the new launchpad for writing scopes. It allows staff to choose what kind of scope they are writing, sections of existing scopes and where they would like the sections to show up, and creates a new, correctly filed Google Doc with the right scope format and the selected information.

2.3. Scope Evaluation Process

2.3.1. Guiding Criteria

2.3.1.1. Influenced the new RFP Interest Survey for Providers and the Draft Scope Survey for Partners

2.3.2. Scope Evaluation Process Flow

2.3.2.1. Includes how to identify exemplar scopes for the scope bank, over time.

3. AP Generated Internal FAQ

3.1. A sectioned list of questions that were generated by 2 sessions with APs. Left unanswered for APs to convene on answers together.

4. (2) "Internal FAQ"

4.1. START HERE: Internal FAQ → Knowledge Management Tool: where we are at in the journey

4.1.1. Includes project summary, and a description of our long-term vision for a knowledge base (including AU feedback on what they'd like to see from a KB)

4.2. Associates and Senior Associates

4.2.1. AU Generated Internal FAQ

4.2.1.1. A sectioned list of questions that were generated by 3 sessions with AU. Some questions are answered, while others are left unanswered because there are discussions to be had about aligning on the answers.

4.2.2. Draft Scenario Planning Document

4.2.2.1. 6 scenarios generated by the 3 sessions with AU, including different answers from Associates about how they or their team would approach the scenario. Could be used as a base for a video.

4.2.3. Alignment Discussions

4.3. Associate Partners

4.3.1. Guide to the AP Role in Project Matching

4.3.1.1. A draft guide that documents where the AP role of scoping is at right now, provides some wisdom from current APs about how to navigate the role, and gets into the nitty gritty of some challenges and ongoing discussions in the role (as related to the project matching process).

5. (3) Project Matching Resource Roadmap/Universe

5.1. I was not able to get to this project in the time of my consultancy. The hope was somewhere between an interface, a knowledge base, and a visual roadmap of the project matching process(es). In the end, I see this mostly being covered by the knowledge management solution that the Funkatorium will come up with, and JAMS V2 documentation.

5.2. A more in-depth project matching process visual (akin to Ariadne's broad version) could have been very useful to work on, but we did not get to that.
