2.1. Video tutorials
2.1.1. Provide transcripts of videos
2.1.1.1. May help learners with disability
2.1.2. Videos would be created by me and reviewed by SME inhouse
2.1.2.1. Reduces time and costs of project
2.1.3. Practice questions can be linked to video tutorials
2.1.4. This is the current format used in the course so it will be familiar to learners
2.2. Text tutorials
2.2.1. Would require improvements to text editor for Company X
2.2.1.1. This may be too expensive and take more time than I have for project
2.3. Tutoring Help
2.3.1. Make student support team more available for tutoring help
2.3.1.1. This would require more staff to be hired and the current budget does not allow for that
2.4. Practice Problems
2.4.1. Have practice problems students can try without worrying about it affecting their grade
