1. Learning Choice 1: Listening to explanation of each branch.
1.1. Instruction: Screencast by teacher for each PPT presentation on the 3 branches.

1.2. Practice/Activity: Students will sort powers of each branch on a Google Doc or SMARTBoard page.
1.3. Demonstrate Mastery: Students will post in the discussion on Schoology.
2. Learning Choice 3: Comparing/Contrasting Branches
2.1. Instruction: Students will watch a ScreenCast or listen to a PodCast about the similarities and differences using a Venn Diagram.
2.2. Practice/Activity: Students will watch a video interview with President Obama, view the inside of the Supreme Court through CNN, and a video/article about Obama asking for War permission from Congress.
